We break down great coffees into precise 60g packs, exactly enough for three 18g shots. Enough to meet the bean, learn its character, and refine the extraction, without being stuck with a full bag you don’t love.

PROCESS
01. CALIBRATION
first shot establishes the baseline. How the coffee extracts, how quickly it moves, and where the flavour begins.
the 3-shot strategy
02. REFINEMENT
Adjust the grind slightly finer or coarser. This second shot shows how the coffee responds; whether the flavour becomes brighter, fuller, sharper, softer, sweeter, or more balanced.
03. experience
Settle into the final grind. This third shot is the moment of clarity, where body, depth, texture, and roast character come together to reveal the coffee at its most complete expression.
